We will ship to a different address other than the billing address when indicated on the order form

All orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days of your purchase. We will not overnight ship any orders

If your package is returned to us and marked as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to confirm and update your shipping. If we do not hear back, we will NOT attempt to reship the package.

Some of our packages and products are tied to our monthly membership programs. We will continue to charge membership fees unless you contact us to cancel your membership. All our memberships and products are available digitally at our membership website.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships

If a cancellation is placed within 24 hours and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the method the order was originally charged

All refunds will be processed within 7 days

Generally, Great Legal Marketing will refund the cost of a product within 45 days if requested. However, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the product listed on the order form page.
